Horațiu Moldovan has denied speculation that he might terminate his loan spell at Eyupspor to return to Universitatea Cluj in the Superliga. The goalkeeper stated he was unaware of any talks regarding such a move and dismissed the reports as mere stories.

Moldovan confirmed that he holds a contract with Atletico Madrid until 2028. He indicated that he has no ongoing discussions about a transfer and plans to return to the Spanish club once the current season concludes.

The 28-year-old is currently on loan from Atletico Madrid to Eyupspor for the remainder of the season. His arrangement with the Turkish side is set to last until the campaign ends.

Moldovan has made seven appearances for Eyupspor this season. The team currently sits at the bottom of the table with three points, a situation the goalkeeper acknowledged as a difficult period for the squad.
