Hendrik Klein claims 50% stake in CFR Cluj and denies disappearance reports

Hendrik Klein has stated that he owns 50% of CFR Cluj. He also claims rights to 50% of the profits from a related real estate project. These assertions come amid conflicting reports about his status and involvement with the club.

The special administrator of the club, Răzvan Zăvăleanu, previously stated that Klein had disappeared. This declaration created uncertainty regarding the businessman's role and whereabouts. Klein’s recent comments serve as a direct response to these claims.

Klein maintains that he signed documents with Ioan Varga. He says these papers confirm an agreement that covers both football operations and real estate ventures. The existence of these documents is central to his claim of ownership.

According to Klein, Varga offered him the presidency of CFR Cluj. However, Klein did not assume executive control of the team. He suggests that his role was defined by the broader agreement rather than day-to-day management duties.

Klein identified Frank Otto and Benjamin Ernst as potential investors. He intends to bring them into the CFR Cluj project. Their involvement could provide additional financial support for the club and its associated developments.

Klein noted that these potential investors require clear documentation. They also demand thorough due diligence before committing any funds. This requirement highlights the need for transparent legal and financial records regarding the club's ownership structure.
