Florin Lucian Orga works at Austria Klagenfurt academy and targets Romania youth role

Florin Lucian Orga is a 49-year-old Romanian coach currently working at the Austria Klagenfurt academy. He has built a career in Austrian football after moving from Romania more than two decades ago.

Orga collaborates with Carsten Jancker, the head coach of Austria Klagenfurt. Jancker is a former Germany international who leads the senior team.

The club was relegated to Regionalliga Süd in the previous season. This context frames the current environment in which Orga operates within the academy structure.

Orga has been a coach at Austria Klagenfurt for five years. He currently manages the U-15 and U-16 groups at the club.

His coaching career began in 2010 with an U-12 group. He later moved to work with senior teams in lower leagues before joining the Austria Klagenfurt setup.

Orga played for Corvinul Hunedoara from 1991 to 1995. He then joined CFR Cluj, where he played from 1995 to 2001.

He moved to Austria in 2001. At the time, he initially intended to stay in the country for only one year.

Orga stated that his dream is to work with the Romanian national youth team staff in the future. This remains a long-term ambition for the coach.

He identified Raul Florucz, Darius Achiței, and Denis Lorinț as players of Romanian origin who chose to represent Austria. These cases highlight the intersection of Romanian heritage and Austrian football development.
