Dinamo Bucharest management is considering bringing Florin Răducioiu back into an administrative role at the club. This development follows reports that the club leadership is analyzing the possibility of his return.
Răducioiu attended the Romanian Cup group stage match where Dinamo defeated Chindia Târgoviște 5-2. During the event, he was present alongside Dinamo president Andrei Nicolescu.
While at the stadium, Răducioiu held discussions with Nicolescu and representatives of the club's shareholders. He also spoke with Ovidiu Andrieș, who is identified as a significant financial shareholder at Dinamo.
Răducioiu has a long history with Dinamo as a player. He featured for the senior team from 1986 to 1990 and again from 2000 to 2001.
He previously served in administrative capacities at the club. Răducioiu was the sporting director from December 2007 to December 2008.
His most recent tenure ended in 2022. Răducioiu returned as team manager for approximately six months before departing in mid-July of that year.
The previous departure followed a dispute over compensation. Judicial administrator representative Răzvan Zăvăleanu had requested a salary reduction to 500 euros per month after the club's relegation.
Upon leaving in 2022, Răducioiu stated he had not received salaries for the preceding two and a half months. He announced intentions to take legal action against the club at that time.
