Wisła Kraków has exercised an option to extend the contract of Dutch defender Julian Lelieveld. The club activated a clause that adds twelve months to his existing deal. This extension ensures Lelieveld will remain with Wisła Kraków until 30 June 2028.

Lelieveld joined Wisła Kraków at the start of the previous season. He played a key role in helping the team reach the top tier, appearing in 29 matches in the league below Ekstraklasa. His contributions were part of the campaign that secured promotion for the club.

In total, Lelieveld has played 36 official matches for Wisła Kraków. During these appearances, he scored three goals and provided seven assists. This season, he has featured in seven matches under coach Mariusz Jop.

Although primarily a right-back, Lelieveld has also played as a winger. He recently provided an assist in a win against Rakow Częstochowa. His versatility has allowed him to contribute in different areas of the pitch for the team.

Before joining Wisła, Lelieveld built his career in the Netherlands. He made 118 Eredivisie appearances for RKC Waalwijk and Vitesse Arnhem. This experience in the top Dutch division preceded his move to Poland.
