Dinamo leads the SuperLiga table with 29 points after the first 12 stages of the championship.

The club has not won the national title since the 2007 season.

Nuno Campos serves as the current head coach. He is 51 years old. Before joining Dinamo, he coached Zalaegerszeg in Hungary.

Campos took charge after Zeljko Kopic left the club. Kopic terminated his contract by mutual agreement two years before its expiration date.

The start of the season featured tension within the squad. The team lost its opening match to Petrolul Ploieşti with a score of 0-1.

Performance improved in the second stage when Dinamo defeated Universitatea Craiova 5-1. The squad also recorded draws of 1-1 against Oţelul and Corvinul Hunedoara during the first 12 stages.

Under Campos, the team secured a 1-0 victory over Rapid. They also defeated FCSB with a score of 2-1.

Reports indicate that Campos successfully improved cohesion among the players after the initial difficulties in camp.

Kennedy Boateng and Eddy Gnahore departed Dinamo during the summer transfer window.
