CFR Cluj generated 10.6 million euros from 18 player departures in 2026
CFR Cluj released 18 players during 2026, securing total transfer revenues of 10.6 million euros while navigating a mixed competitive season.

CFR Cluj transferred out 18 players in 2026 and generated total revenues of 10.6 million euros from these departures.
The club executed several significant sales during the January transfer window. Louis Munteanu moved to DC United for a fee of 5.8 million euros.
Lindon Emerllahu also left in January, joining FC Polissya for 1.5 million euros.
Goalkeeper Otto Hindrich transferred to Legia Varșovia in the same month for 600,000 euros.
Further departures occurred in June. Matei Ilie transferred to Kasimpașa for 500,000 euros.
Tidiane Keita joined Ordabasy in June for a matching fee of 500,000 euros.
In September, Meriton Korenica completed a move to FCSB for 700,000 euros.
On the pitch, CFR Cluj recorded victories against FCSB, FC Botoșani, and FC Argeș in SuperLiga matches.
The team also defeated Sepsi in the Cupa României.
However, a loss to UTA removed CFR Cluj from the SuperLiga play-off zone.
Squad availability has been affected by injuries. Alin Fica and Adrian Păun are currently injured and unavailable for the team.
