Łukasz Jabłoński has resigned as vice president of Motor Lublin. The club official submitted his resignation amid a difficult start to the season for the Ekstraklasa side.
Jabłoński will continue to perform his duties until 30 November 2026. This period is intended to ensure an orderly handover of his responsibilities at the club.
He began working at Motor Lublin on 14 October 2024. His role covered administrative, legal, financial, marketing and infrastructure areas. He also provided service for the sports department.
The resignation comes after Motor Lublin was eliminated from the Polish Cup. The team lost to Rakow on penalties following a 1-1 draw in regular time.
Results in the league have also been modest. Motor Lublin has won only three of its first 12 Ekstraklasa matches this season.
The team currently sits 12th in the table. They are five points above the relegation zone at this stage of the campaign.
Mariusz Misiura was appointed as the new head coach before the season began. He remains in charge of the first team during this period of administrative change.
