Dinamo confirms Arena Naționala venue for Cupa României clash with Chindia

Dinamo has officially confirmed that their Cupa României group stage match against Chindia Târgoviște will be held at Arena Națională. The fixture is scheduled for October 28 at 19:00 and marks the second round of Group D in the competition.

The club stated that existing Liga 1 season tickets are not valid for Cupa României matches, meaning supporters must purchase separate tickets to attend. Ticket prices range from 20 to 300 lei, with the VIP Experience category priced at 300 lei. Purchases can be made online or at physical box offices located on Bd. Pierre de Coubertin and Str. Maior Ion Coravu.

Reports indicate that Dinamo initially sought to host the match at Arc Stadium with a discounted rental fee. The club allegedly proposed paying half of the 15,000 euro rental cost for Arena Națională, but this request was refused, leading to the confirmation of the larger venue.

This upcoming home fixture follows Dinamo's victory in the first round of the group stage, where they defeated Sporting Liești away at Oțelul Stadium in Galați. A win against Chindia Târgoviște would provide Dinamo with a significant advantage in securing the top position in Group D.
