The Disciplinary Body of the Football Association of Slovenia has issued its disciplinary decisions following the 12th round of the Prva Liga Telemach. The highest penalty of the round was imposed on NK Maribor, as reported by Sportklub Slovenia.
NK Maribor was fined 2000 euros due to unsportsmanlike and inappropriate conduct by their fans during the derby match against NK Celje. The visiting club, NK Celje, also faced financial penalties for the same reason, receiving a fine of 700 euros.
Disciplinary actions were also taken regarding the Prekmurje derby between NK Mura and Nafta 1903, which ended in a goalless 0:0 draw. Both clubs were penalized for inappropriate fan behavior, with NK Mura fined 1400 euros and Nafta 1903 fined 1100 euros.
NK Olimpija received a smaller fine of 200 euros for similar misconduct by supporters. This penalty followed their away fixture in Kidričevo, where they secured a 1:0 victory.
In individual disciplinary news, Brinje Grosuplje player Dominik Ivkič was handed a one-match suspension. The ban resulted from his dismissal during a match against Koper, which his team lost 0:5. Ivkič is scheduled to serve this suspension on Sunday during a cup match against Videm.
