How many clubs and rounds are there?

NZS’s confirmed 2026–27 league membership lists ten top-flight clubs. The published league programme contains 180 fixtures: each club has 36 games and each pairing occurs four times. There are two home and two away meetings against every opponent.

Does the league split into groups?

The published programme follows one ten-club league campaign through round 36. This differs from competitions that divide their table into championship and survival groups after a regular season. A third or fourth meeting between two Slovenian clubs is an expected part of that schedule.

How can I compare teams fairly?

Read games played alongside points. Postponements can leave clubs with different match totals, and official adjustments can affect points. ScoreTransfer preserves the provider’s ranking and shows when the snapshot was collected. The federation’s formal decisions remain the reference for competition administration, licensing and final classification.

Where can I find a match and its reporting?

Open a fixture from the PrvaLiga match centre to see its recorded details, source link and relevant published stories. Some future dates do not yet have a confirmed kick-off; those pages show the date without inventing a time. League matches and the domestic cup are separate competitions, even when the same clubs appear in both.
