László Csaba stated that team unity was the secret to the victory against Tirana. The Hungarian coach emphasized the importance of collective effort in securing the result at home.
Vllaznia beat Tirana 2-0 at home in a league match managed by Dejan Klafuric. This result added to the points total for the club during a challenging period.
Csaba noted that every point is needed due to the team's position in the table. He highlighted the pressure on the squad to accumulate results despite ongoing difficulties.
The coach said building a team was the primary task upon arrival and the squad has not yet reached the desired level. He indicated that the work to improve performance is ongoing.
László Csaba took over Vllaznia in early October amid four months of unpaid wages and a training boycott. His appointment came during a time of significant instability at the club.
Vllaznia defeated Dinamo City 1-0 at home in László Csaba's first match, securing the team's first league win of the season. This initial success provided a positive start to his tenure.
Vllaznia lost 3-1 away to Egnatia in their second match under László Csaba. The defeat followed the opening victory and tested the new management structure.
László Csaba has recorded two wins and one loss in his first three matches at Vllaznia. These results define the early phase of his coaching stint at the Albanian club.
