Dinamo Bucharest president Andrei Nicolescu has outlined a conservative approach for the upcoming winter transfer window. He stated that the club intends to make very few modifications to the current squad during this period.

The statement comes as Dinamo sits at the top of the SuperLiga table. After 13 rounds, the club has accumulated 30 points. This total places them one point ahead of U Craiova.

Nicolescu indicated that the team is performing above initial expectations. He noted that Dinamo is currently two points above the objective set at the start of the season. The club is competing for positions one through three in the league standings.

The president contrasted the current campaign with the previous season. He stated that last year Dinamo was only an intermediate leader and never finished a round in first place. The current position marks a distinct improvement in consistency.

On the pitch, Dinamo recently drew 2-2 against CFR Cluj. Despite the result, head coach Nuno Campos aims to instill a mentality where a draw is not considered satisfactory. Nicolescu supported this view, emphasizing the drive for victories.

The squad faces some immediate availability issues. George Pușcaș and Alexandru Musi are currently unavailable for selection by Nuno Campos. Reports suggest they are expected to return towards the end of November.
