Valeri Bozhinov, who is now part of Levski Sofia, announced the appointment of Filadelfo Aparo as the club's new marketing director. Aparo is an Italian national who currently works as the Director of Partnerships at Como, where he has been a key figure in the club's modern transformation.
Bozhinov stated that he expects Aparo to join forces with Atanas Bostandzhiev, Edu Gaspar and head coach Julio Velasquez to transform Levski into a club resembling Real Madrid during its Galacticos era. He described Aparo's biography and past achievements as significant, noting that the Italian has turned everything he has undertaken into greatness through hard work and success.
According to Bozhinov, Aparo's vision has the potential to reshape Levski so that it resembles a major European club. Bozhinov emphasized that these individuals are serious about their goal to elevate the Bulgarian champions to a higher status within the football landscape.
In addition to discussing the new appointment, Bozhinov praised the Levski management for removing fees in the club's youth academy. He stated that Levski should provide opportunities for children rather than charging them fees, describing the decision as super news for all players in the academy.
