The Refereeing Commission of the Football Association of Serbia published an analysis of officiating during round 13 of the Mozzart Bet Superliga. The review focused on specific contentious moments to clarify the application of rules and video assistant referee protocols. Frank de Bleeker, the refereeing commissioner, identified three situations from the round as correct decisions following detailed examination.

One of the reviewed cases involved a disallowed goal for FK Vojvodina in their match against Mladost Lučani. In the 11th minute of the game, the video assistant referee informed the on-field official that the player who scored had handled the ball immediately before putting it into the net. This intervention led to the goal being ruled out.

The commission noted that this decision aligns with Law 12 of the game. Under this rule, hand contact is considered a foul if it immediately precedes a goal, regardless of whether the contact was unintentional or accidental. The VAR check ensured that the regulation was applied correctly in this instance.

Another situation examined by the commission concerned a disallowed goal in the match between Radnički Kragujevac and Radnik, which ended in a 1:0 victory. The video assistant referee notified the referee that an attacker was in an offside position at the start of the action that led to the goal. Consequently, the goal was not awarded.

The third reviewed incident took place during the match between Zemun and Mačva. It involved a yellow card that was initially issued to the wrong player. The video assistant referee identified that player number 44 had committed the reckless foul, rather than player number 15 who had originally received the caution.

After receiving the information from the VAR team, the referee cancelled the yellow card for player number 15. The official then correctly issued the caution to player number 44. The commission confirmed that this correction was handled properly according to protocol.
