Serbian football calendar: how the season fits together
SuperLiga in 2026–27: the league programme, season stages and how to read fixture dates alongside cup and European commitments.
The league programme
FSS adopted a SuperLiga calendar beginning on 18 July 2026, with the autumn programme ending on 6 December. The announced spring restart is 6 February 2027 and the end of the competitive season is 16 May. These top-flight dates differ from those for Serbia’s second tier.
How the season is divided
This is a transition campaign with fourteen clubs. The regular season has 26 rounds, followed by a six-club championship group and an eight-club survival group. Those groups add five and seven matches per club respectively. A generic sixteen-team calendar from an earlier year gives the wrong framework.

What to check before following a fixture
The adopted restructuring moves towards twelve SuperLiga clubs in 2027–28. That future structure should not be applied to fixtures already scheduled for 2026–27. Check both the season label and competition stage when comparing a current result with an older article or fixture list.
