Panathinaikos has asked for more tickets for their away game against Volos. The club sought an additional 5,000 seats after the first batch was purchased quickly. The initial allocation of 9,000 tickets sold out in under 24 hours. This high demand highlights the strong interest from supporters for the upcoming Super League fixture.

The match between Panathinaikos and Volos is set for Sunday, 25 October 2026. Fans are eager to travel for this league encounter. The quick sale of the available tickets shows the intensity of support for the team. The club is now working to secure more access for its traveling fans.

This level of demand recalls previous visits to Volos. In 2022, more than 16,000 Panathinaikos fans traveled to the city. They supported Ivan Jovanovic's team during a period when the club had a perfect start to the season. That earlier trip demonstrated the large following the club can mobilize for away games.
