Mirko Milikić named best player of round 12 in Serbian SuperLiga

Mirko Milikić was named the best player of the 12th round of the Mozzart Bet Superliga. The award recognizes his contribution during the recent matchday in the Serbian top flight.

Milikić plays as a defender for Železničar. He operates under the guidance of coach Radomir Koković, who leads the squad in domestic competitions.

The recognition follows a victory for Železničar over Partizan. During this fixture, Milikić sustained an injury that required medical attention.

Reports indicate that the defender received six stitches on his lip during the game against Partizan. Despite the injury, he remained involved in the match which ended in a win for his team.

This was not the first time Milikić played through physical discomfort in recent weeks. In the previous round, Železničar faced Zemun. Milikić wore a head bandage during that contest.

The defender had also found the net in the month leading up to the Partizan clash. He scored a goal against Zvezda one month prior to the match against Partizan.
