The Croatian Football Federation published a refereeing analysis for the 11th round of the SuperSport HNL. The report reviewed key incidents from recent matches to clarify officiating decisions.

In the match between Varaždin and Slaven Belupo, referee Terzić initially allowed a goal in the 72nd minute. The decision was reversed after intervention by the video assistant referee.

The commission concluded that Varaždin player number 17 was in an offside position. The review stated that the player interfered with the goalkeeper by making contact with his legs.

Later in the same match, referee Terzić issued a direct red card to Slaven Belupo player number 90 in the 79th minute. The dismissal was for serious foul play involving a two-footed tackle.

The commission confirmed the red card decision. It stated that the tackle posed obvious physical danger and involved uncontrolled speed and dangerous contact above the ankle.

In the match between Istra 1961 and Hajduk, referee Kolarić allowed a goal scored by Hajduk player number 8 in the 7th minute. The decision followed a review by the video assistant referee.

The commission found no foul by the attacking players during the buildup. It noted that the bicycle kick was a normal football move that did not affect the defender.

Referee Kolarić awarded a penalty to Istra 1961 in the 79th minute. The decision came after Hajduk player number 3 pulled the shirt of Istra 1961 player number 3.

The commission supported the penalty decision. It cited the impact on the opponent and the duration of the shirt-pulling offense as reasons for the call.
